Which channels should my SME be on?
Wherever your clients are. Usually that means two channels. For most Belgian SMEs selling to consumers, that is Facebook and Instagram; if you sell to businesses, LinkedIn is the better fit. We choose together and would rather start well on two channels than half-heartedly on five.
Who makes the imagery and the video?
Your own team, if you already have good imagery of your work. Otherwise het designbureau makes it in your brand identity. We take care of the plan, the publishing, the follow-up and the figures.
Do I have to appear on camera myself?
It helps, because customers buy from people. It is optional, though: showing your work, your workshop and your team is often enough. We look at what suits you.
